Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day on which you (or a person you indicate, other than the carrier) receive the piece (Italian Consumer Code, D.Lgs. 206/2005, art. 52 and following).

How to do it

Write to info@epicoarchive.it before the deadline, with your order number and the pieces you want to return. You can use the form below, but you don't have to. Then send the pieces back within 14 days of your message, to: Second Hand Shop di Pompignoli Nicolò, Via Boschi 64, 48018 Faenza (RA), Italia.

Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping, within 14 days of the day you notify us, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the pieces or proof that you sent them. Return shipping is at your expense. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to try the piece on.
