Terms of sale

1. Who sells

The pieces on epicoarchive.it are sold by Second Hand Shop di Pompignoli Nicolò, VAT no. 02807840398, REA RA-260587, Via Boschi 64, 48018 Faenza (RA), Italia, email info@epicoarchive.it.

2. The pieces

We sell used and vintage clothing: every piece is one of a kind. Condition, measurements and any flaws are described and photographed on each piece's page; colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

3. Prices

Prices are in euro and are final. Shipping (€5.00, free over €50.00) is shown in the cart and before payment.

4. Order and payment

You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure page: your card details never pass through our website. When you complete the payment the amount is first authorised, and charged as soon as your pieces are confirmed as yours: the contract is concluded at that moment. Pieces are not reserved while you are paying — every piece is one of a kind and goes to whoever completes the payment first. If one of your pieces is sold a moment before your payment is completed, the authorisation is cancelled and you are not charged.

5. Shipping

We ship to Italy only, within 1–2 working days of payment, with delivery in 2–5 working days. See Shipping & returns.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw: see Right of withdrawal.

7. Legal guarantee

Consumer purchases are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Consumer Code, art. 128 and following). As these are used goods, the guarantee is limited to 12 months from delivery (art. 133) and does not cover normal wear or the flaws declared on the piece's page. 8. Applicable law

Italian law applies. For disputes with a consumer, the court of the place where the consumer lives has jurisdiction. The Italian version of these terms prevails in case of doubt.
