Are the pieces authentic?

Yes. We only sell pieces we have checked by hand, labels included.

Can I reserve a piece?

No: every piece is one of a kind and goes to whoever completes the payment first.

A piece I wanted is sold. Will it come back?

No, every piece is unique — but new drops arrive regularly. Sold pieces stay in the archive.

How much is shipping?

€5.00 in Italy, free over €50.00. We don't ship abroad yet.

When does my order leave?

Within 1–2 working days of payment. You get the tracking code by email.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery: see Right of withdrawal.

Which payments do you accept?

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe.

I was charged but my piece was sold?

That can't happen: your payment is charged only once the piece is yours. If it was sold a moment earlier, the authorisation is cancelled and the amount disappears from your card within a few days.
