This notice explains how we process your personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR).

What data and why

When you buy: name, email, phone number and shipping address, to fulfil and ship your order and to assist you (legal basis: the contract, art. 6.1.b) and for tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c). We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who processes it for us

Stripe (payments: card details are handled only by Stripe), Cloudflare (the website's servers and the email that notifies us of orders), the courier who delivers the parcel. Some of them may process data outside the EU with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

How long

Order data for 10 years (tax obligations), then we delete it.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies and no tracking tools. Your cart is kept only in your browser (local storage) until you empty it. Stripe's payment page uses its own technical and anti-fraud cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@epicoarchive.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
